Step 1: Angle Selection
1. Place the magnetic angle support on a flat, stable surface. The silicone membrane provides an anti-slip effect.
2. Select the required angle (15°, 18°, 20°, or 22°) and place the knife blade against the corresponding side of the magnetic support. The blade edge should face upwards.

Step 2: Grinding (360#)
1. Start with the Coarse Grit Disc (360#). Roll the sharpener along the entire cutting edge of the knife, starting from the handle and ending at the tip.
2. Apply moderate pressure. Perform several uniform strokes (e.g., 10 times) on one side.
3. Flip the knife and repeat the same number of strokes on the other side. Your goal is to quickly restore the edge shape.

Step 3: Finishing and Polishing (600# and Honing Disc)
1. Switch to the Fine Grit Disc (600#). Repeat the rolling process along the entire knife edge (e.g., 5 times on each side), applying lighter pressure. This will remove burrs and make the edge sharp.
2. For a perfect finish, use the side Honing Disc. After grinding, roll the side disc along the edge a few times to remove any remaining dust and micro-burrs.

Important Notes (Precautions)
- Not suitable for ceramic knives, as they are not absorbed by the magnet.
- Keep the sharpener away from electronic products due to its magnetism.
- Wooden parts should be stored in a cool and dry place to prevent mildew.
- Always keep the knife edge facing up while sharpening and adhere to safety guidelines.
